Was under orders to prepare wife's ride, 2003 TRX250EX.  Noting a rusty shifter, this is a great time to experiment w/the new Eastwood paint I'll be using on the CT1.  After removal of rust w/Vaporust, then some scuffing and cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, gave it 2 coats.

Painted light 1st coat, dried 24 hours, sprayed again a little heavier.   I am going to paint my CT1 frame w/this product, probably using a longer 1st coat dry time of 48-72 hours, depending on weather.   Thanks GFrench for the heads up on this paint and how to use it.

New fuel line, engine oil change, gear oil change, filter, battery, adjust choke linkage, dis and ultrasonic carb and a shifter repaint.  Its ready for summer.
This quad is ready for action.
