Hi, How can I fix this took apart the whole entire carb and needle cleaned everything jets idle air fuel screws completely cleaned and blew out with air ?
The problem is fuel keeps dripping out of drain hose when petcock is on. What else can I do ?? Help ?? When I’m done riding I shut off petcock and it eventually stops dripping

* check float valve/needle combo is working, smooth spring action, and clean
* check float level 23 +/- 1mm per partzilla bottom of float in your case I believe
* check floats float.
* the floats are rarely sitting on bottom of carb unless it is empty. Sometimes the float buoyancy is less than required to cause flotation when first filled. I use my 3/8" socket wrench to gently tap on float bowl and this usually does it.

if all else fails, set neutral/level and change valve/needle.

Have you replaced the needle seat or needle? Some needles have a rubberized tip that can dry up or become distorted. Others have a solid needle and a rubber gasket that stops fuel flow into the bowl. This attaches to a tab on your float inside the carburetor. If the seat itself or the rubberized tip are failing, fuel will leak. Fuel in your crancase will "dry wash" your bearings and can cause bearing failure.
Some people will heat the rubberized tip of the needle with a heat gun and try to reshape it by pushing the heated tip into place until it cools. Ill advised, you would have to reassemble the carb and open the fuel valve just to test. Better just to replace the necessary parts with new ones.
