PyramidParts brand fork Oil seals U.K members? was created by SKYDANCER46
Any U.K. members or anyone out there have experience with this brand of fork seals? I am not familiar with them at all. I personally never have good luck with any aftermarket fork seals. Look like there source in the U.K and made in Japan?
Looks like a triple lip seal with dual springs design. Rubber feels very pliable.
I have 2 pair of them, FOS-022.

I've had the same luck with fork seals. The worst was the brand they called "leak proof". LOL. They had a warranty and bike shop finally just gave me a refund because I exchanged so many sets... they would literally leak after every ride.
OEM Honda fork seals were the "go to"... even magazines back in the day used to replace fork seals in brand new test bikes... especially the European brands... with Honda seals. I went to a Honda seal after the "leak proof" fiasco and the OEM Honda seals worked great.
I wish there I knew of a cross reference... or maybe Honda has the sizes coded into their part numbers? Or a cross reference sheet with dimensions? Anyway, back then I just took the original seals into the Honda dealer and they were able to sell me a set of Honda seals with the same dimensions without any hassle. Wonder if that would still work today?

Mark,
I do remember the leak proof fork seals. Think i tried them once and they were so stiff or tight i could barely slide the fork tubes up or down by hand before installing the springs. Like you said they leaked right away too.
I never had problems with OEM Yamaha seals but they are getting costly at over $100.00 a pair for the DT1's now.
I know just the guy that can cross the Yamaha seal with the Honda seals by size. Or at least if anyone can he can. Been a parts guy all his life for Yamaha & Honda and still works at our local Yamaha dealership. He's in his late 70's or early 80's.He is a master for cross reference.
I will have to pay him a visit.
