Does anyone know where I can get a throttle cable splitter? I purchased 1 but the ends were to small for the cable to fit in. thanks

Did dt360a have the cable box as part of the lower cables. I recal maybe incorrectly that a model like that had cables & box combined with bigger outer cable end fittings trapped in the splitter, non removable & couldn't be purchased seperately. I'm probably wrong.

Happy to be corrected but not happy for jsmith6752. Not sure how to overcome. Where did the original one get too or did it break up so got cut off. Do you have the top cable with the cap that fits the splitter. If you have the top one it'll have the splitter slide as part of it so just wondering if the splitter slide would fit the type you can buy separate. Guessing it might be bigger overall but only a guess.if you had a normal splitter box could you remove the lower cables end cap to reduce the cable size & hope it fits. Lot of guessing in my case.

my splitter was broken. I purchased one from KDI but it was to small for the cables. I had a brand new lower throttle cable made from Terry Cable. Now all I need is the correct splitter

The tube part of the splitter is part of the lower cable set and the cap is part of the upper... the original splitter is not designed to be separated from the cables so I'm not sure you can just remove the splitter and move it to another cable set without "breaking" it?
Mikuni and Emgo and probably others make cable splitters that you might be able to adapt? Or have you looked at the throttle cable set HVC Cycle sells? Many people have posted that they were able to use the HVC cable set.

thanks for that. That would explain why I was not able to remove the cables. My problem is the end of the cable that goes in the carb. Mine is about 45 degrees and I have no adapter. That is why I had a cable made and they reused my end. I will check out your suggestions. thanks

I'm not sure what you're describing but there is a 45 degree elbow that clips into the carb top and is NOT a part of the throttle cable assembly. The elbow unscrews from the cable housing and gets reused.
