Man, i had one so badly stuck recently and tried everything

wd40 soak
heat
rattle gun
freeze
left handed gizmo
acf-50
hammer screwdriver
ultrasonic clean

then did what Rodent has mentioned, tacked welded a bolt to the damaged screw and finally it released

All with no damage to anything else but the screw
