I got this little bike yesterday. Looks to be a complete bike and runs well, but needs a set of clutches, front brake adjusted, and new sprockets and chain. Look forward to riding it.

Looks like you've got yourself a very nice bike there.
It's good practice to replace the brake shoes on a bike that's new to you as they can delaminate with age and bad things can happen.

Thank you!
Good deal. Will do so and thanks for the pointers.
I know very little about these bikes other than when I was a kid riding them.
I need all the pointers I can get.

I was fifteen when I got my first bike, a 1978 DT175MX and that's when I first started tinkering with motorbikes.
Up until a year ago I hadn't owned a bike for over 25 years, now I have four.
I'm no motor mechanic, but I can learn new things and ask for help.
I didn't know much about these bikes when I picked up my first one (I still don't know much
), but the folks on this forum are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and your knowledge will grow fast and before you know it you'll be offering up help to others.
Good luck with your bike.

Nice bike, on to the car!
I like the C-7 in the background, but what I want to know is what Vette is one the upper level of the car rack? I noticed the rally wheels in the pic......
Inquiring minds (and Vette fans) want to know......

Bike looks great. Yes, good idea to change the old brake shoes.
I'm most jealous of the lift!

Thanks for the kind words guys.
The C7 is a Z06 that I enjoy tracking at VIR and a small track close to Charlotte, CMP.
Green car on the lift is a neat car. A 69 original paint 427/435 convertible with a saddle interior and saddle top. The car has 26K miles on it. I would have to assume so few miles because of the 4.11 rear gear. Awful road car but fun City car. Side pipes and of course a 4 speed.
