Hi Pete, Just seen your article on your RT-1,very nice looking bike. I have just bought mine a few weeks ago as an import so starting the registration procedure. Mine is a 1970 from Canada. It has a few parts missing but that will get sorted soon. You were asking how many they are in the UK, so at least you know of one now. I don't know where you are but I am in the North East.

Great to hear of another RT-1 owner.
They're great bikes and every time I take it out someone want to chat to me about it.
What parts are you missing, the guys on here are super helpful and their knowledge of these bikes is amazing.

Great news, my registration document for the CT1-C arrived today, I have a J reg bike.
Hopefully the one for the CT1-B wont be too far behind it.
I did have both applications sent back.
Neither bike had an original US title with it and I thought the dating letter was enough to cover that, but you need to send a letter explaining why an original non-UK registration document or certificate is not available, together with a dating certificate from the manufacturer or other acceptable source.
Anyway it just delayed getting it by a few weeks and the bike isn't ready yet.
