I bought my XD4 from Revzilla years ago, and like Mark said they're great. I bought my boots from RMATV more recently and had the same level of service, free exchanges at RMATV too.

+1 for SHOEI.
I spent more than I ever expected to when I bought my SHOEI Neotec modular helmet. I bought it mainly for riding my street bike, but I use it when I blast the back roads on my Enduros too. I planned to buy it online, but wanted to try one on first, so I found a BMW dealership that had them in stock. They were so helpful and knowledgeable that I bought it on the spot even though I could get one online cheaper. If I could afford a BMW I would've bought one of them too. I've had the helmet over 3 years now and still love it. Never had a helmet fit as well as this one. The airflow is great with the vents all opened. The lining is easily removable and has been washed several times with no issue. I just now bought the first replacement shield. Sorry for the ramble. It seems I always gotta tell a story.....
