Original piston is 65.63mm, cyl after hone was 66.04mm
Autolube primes and oozes. Clearance of lube pump matches manual spec.
The rings fit in the piston, but they had wiggle up and down in the groove that seemed like a lot. .014” thinner than rings that came out.
Thx for thoughts ?

Doing the math in my head and I'm tired but that's like 0.015" to 0.016" clearance? That's an extreme amount. Guessing it wasn't measured with correct methods or tools or there's a typo. If it really had that much clearance, I'm surprised it ran and it had to be LOUD (rattle).
Several people have mentioned "no oil"... I just want to share a couple more thoughts, most important first...
DEET is a man of few words. He gave some very good detailed advice. I'd follow it.
Primer wheel might pump oil... doesn't mean the pump is working when the crankshaft is turning.

Based on your limited photos of the piston and jug, the damage is centered around your transfer ports. The piston looks like fine grit was imbedded into the piston and initiated the scuffing and aluminum transfer around the transfer ports.
Cleaning the honing grit out of the cylinder is crucial. If you don’t have a cleaning tank, use a pressure washer or throw the cylinder in your dishwasher (without soap). Just make sure to spray down the iron liner with a rust preventative, like WD-40, immediately after.

Always a warm soap and water bath blow out with an air gun to remove metal particles. Then a clean white rag soaked in two stroke oil or marvel mystery oil wipe three times until you see no debris. I didn't see where the cylinder was bored just honed and re ringed with Wiesco. Ring gap and chamfer ...

It looks like a few basic mistakes Good try, now you know!
Get her bored, new stock piston, rings, wrist pin & wrist pin bearing and you'll have a smile ear to ear. Have the bore job done by someone who is familiar with 2-strokes. Have fun, good luck. I think you'll be quite surprised how good she is going to run!!

Enduronut suggested Bill Bune For machine bore work. They went 1mm over and also had a matching Wiseco piston kit.
Major cyl douche before install, and followed Enduronuts recommendations to seat the rings and break-in.
About 100 miles now, and yes - best it’s ever felt!
