Hit and miss. Lots of problems have been caused by using those kits.
Gaskets and float needle are often okay... other parts like the jets they provide are of dubious calibration. Newer AT/CT versions don't seem to have correct gaskets sometimes.... check photos carefully.
Unless torn or badly damaged... OEM bowl gaskets can be reused. If needle and seat is bad, new Mikuni parts are readily available from places like Niche Cycle or Yamaha. For jets, again, genuine Mikuni but rarely "need" replacing.
O-ring on jet setter, best is Mikuni/Yamaha... (this o-ring is the only thing that usually "needs" replacing.)

Yes, item 5 is the O-ring MarkT is referring too. If you have a gravel driveway, I recommend you buy two.

These were for an at1, different carb, same as Suzuki 185, but I sometimes buy kits cheap just for the gasket and needle seat. This seller has some pretty good prices. For instance I bought a rebuild kit for a gs550e because it was cheap and the same floats fit my bmw funduro 650. A little research can save a buck. Also sets for old twins sometime interchange. Mark may know but I don’t right off but the RD 250 or 350 might have used a pair of those reed valve carbs they went to in 72 and up.

Checked that does seem to be an expensive kit. You can cross out the needle seat and get 4 float bowl gaskets k and l 18-2651. Banshees and lots of other machines used this carb. Did not see any twin cylinder Yamahas using it though.
