Front end help-79 DT175 was created by Yamawammer

I am at a loss here. Rebuilt the whole front end on this 79 DT175. Everything that was given to me when I picked this bike up I assumed would fit. Yeah, right!
The previous owner went through the time and funds to powder coat the wheels and hubs. Received two sets of outer fork tubes. One was clearly to big for the inner tubes. The other fit perfect. So, cleaned them up, painted, installed new fork seals, rebuilt front hub brake plate......long story short. Everything is assembled. Problem is. Front tire/wheel is off center. Thought it was the wrong brake plate. Ordered one for a 1980, no go. Waste of money. Partzilla shows the same forks I have, the Service Manuel shows the forks that clamp on. I haven't seen those for a 79. Everything listed shows the style I have.

Dang I hope this doesn't turn into swapping out the whole front end! Anyone have any ideas?
I never apologize.........I'm sorry. That's just the way I am.
