Oil injection pump rebuilds; those tiny little springs and pins . . .

Greetings,

I have searched the tech library but cannot find a tutorial - video or text - on rebuilding oil injection pumps.  I've bought the reseal kit but simply cannot fit the tiny springs and pins into the bores in the plunger - and keep them there - while slipping the worm wheel into place followed by the worm wheel plate to hold it all together.  Is there a magic trick?

Is there anybody reputable that rebuilds these pumps professionally?  It's an important bit of equipment and I would be grateful to spare myself the aggravation and have the assurance that the job was done right.

Sincerely,

Chris Finlayson

It is difficult, I found good YouTube videos, just search YouTube for Yamaha Autolube. Here’s one.
