Maybe you could substitute a rubber well nut from the hardware store, as they're very similar in shape.

Have you found this item yet at the right price? I needed this part so I got a 3D model printed and then cast my own out of Urethane rubber. I could post you one but the postage would be prohibitive, I could email the PDF drawing if it was of any use?
