You'd have to kick it over a whole lot to see oil...  no "primer wheel" on that model.

They're fairly dependable
Pull the oil line at the pump and make sure oil is flowing to it
Check cable and see if it's operating pump
If you didn't have any issues prior then I'm thinking something like the cable or oil supply to pump

If it runs just premix some fuel then run it up with line of at the cylinder. Block off the cylinder hole or she'll idle way up dues to extra air in the hole. Then you can pull the cable where it goes into the pump housing & watch the delivery stroke alter from barely visible to quite a long stroke movement & also see the difference in what comes out the line up to the cylinder. Just don't hold that line down hill. Either straight up but messy--or just above horizontal & let it pump drip into a glass but so it has to pump slightly uphill. Could blead the pump out of the little screw in the pump side & just let flow for a minute. Can't see you'd ever get all the air out as screw isn't at the top but is what its meant to be--i guess so the plunger inside is well covered. Guessing a little.

Any luck?

Exactly 185EZ, would be nice to know the outcome as someone else may have the same issue so knowing the outcome would help them out!

Sorry for no replies.  Checked the oil pump- seems ok. Then put her away for the winter.  Just fired her back up today, no fluids new fuel and rode for 20 mins no issue.  Have to take a longer ride after the snow melts a little longer. Thanks for the suggestions.
