If no luck in the US, this is for sale in the UK - not sure what the postage cost shows up as when you view it? The seller does accept offers of 90% or less.

Repro keys are available online for about a tenner.

DEET here on the forum can supply top quality replacement silver sleeving.

no I passed on it, I actually have an extra switch (proper one) in my stash of parts but I cannot find it. I think the wife threw it out
