Apologies for the late reply. I really appreciate the offer and will take you up on it if I need another one clean. I ran into a buddy who had an ultrasonic that I used to clean it. Will keep you all updated on whether or not the bike runs! Now I am attempting to clean the rusty tank

Evaporust is the best and easiest way to clean rust it works wonders plus it’s reusable. If you need good instructions ask away

Just some premix gas would work fine probably be good for your start up until you know your autolube is working properly

Looks like many solutions already proposed.  I had two nasty carb bowls from my LS2 full of white corrosion. Soaked in evaporust and cam out looking like new!  Never thought about using evaporust in this manner but results were  amazing!

come to think of it, I put both bowls and the carb bodies into Evaporust and the results were astounding...I do not work for Evaporust, this stuff is amazing
