Someone probably replaced it then. It was just a glass 20 amp fuse wrapped in electrical tape. I wish I got a picture of it but it's all wrapped back up now and I don't really want to pull it apart again if I don't have to. Probably just something someone did as a quick and dirty fix. The bike does run a lot better now that it actually has a decent connection tho!

I'll probably end up just doing that when it either fails again or if it needs to be pulled off when I straighten the frame out
