Oh no i'm going to stick my oar in here too.
I have one surviving original badge for my HT1, the repro ones are on .
I have both original CT1B badges fitted to the bike and new repro ones from Randy Marble.
I have yours coming to compare them with .
So if you want some pics then i can help too.
As for the JT, don't have one .
If there's a curve, fit the badges with the screw almost tight at one end , slack at the other . Use a heat gun to warm the plastic and tighten the slacker screw to get the required shape. Tighten both screws and let it cool off. That might work.

My badges are flat - but install really easily on a CT tank with very minimal force required - just a finger. But yes some heat is always a great idea.
I have installed them 'cold' and also left them in warm water but it's not necessary.
Please get some pics for the 'stinkin' badges thread'.
I see your order is 'due to be delivered today' according to the tracking.
If you have a HT1 tank to try on, I would love to see!

Yes, I had an absolute NIGHTMARE creating the original font.
I tried everything but it is quite a unique font and I had to go with what we now know as the official 'Yamaha' font.
My badge lettering and border are embossed slightly too, which creates a different look.
So that is a H1 tank Dave??? That is fantastic news thankyou for your custom firstly, and thankyou for trying the badges on your tank.

Hey Shyted,
Looking at putting a gallery together of my badges fitted.
If you get time over the festive break to send me a little clearer photo, i'll greatly appreciate it!

If you still need a set, the ABS plastic badges are the cheapest they have ever been now.
Clearing stock as I will only sell to vendors moving forward and want to concentrate on my metal badges.

Thanks Matt, I finally ordered a set, wishing you’d have a DT1 version in production. Fingers crossed.
