It's the little light inside one of the gauges (clocks) that flashes to warn you the turn signal is on.

Pete-rt1 I emailed classic car LEDs and found that their 2 and 3 pin 6V options have a 0.02-20A load so that should work!
And thanks MarkT for the clarification on “clock” and relays. None of the lights on this bike worked when I got it. Been slowly bringing it back to life.

Words are just symbols that we attach meaning to. Nothing more than that. And it's kind of impossible to precisely communicate our "truth" unless we also share the exact same meaning for every word we use. Which doesn't even happen in the same family living in the same house... much less with friends halfway around the world! Communication can be a challenge.
