I Have a webco head that I believe is for a CT 1, 2 or 3. It was advertised as fitting a 175 A, B or C. However someone had cut the fins to clear the exhaust as it crosses over on the DT 175's.

Don definitely had the CT3 bike to beat at all the ENDURFEST's starting from the 2010
season till well pretty much today.
He rode it everywhere!
It was a perfect workhorse.
I heard it has the infamous sleeper pipe number 1 on it!?!

But alas...I hear he sold it to some kook.

In addition to all the other helpful advice and points people have made I would say the compression value you gave of 100-110 (I assume psi) sounds low.
Obviously I don't know what compression gauge you have, but with my very reliable Gunson gauge I get 150 psi across my range of 175 bikes.
It's also dependent on technique, so my readings are really to compare my own bikes to one another.
Here's a link which contains a video of my CT3 with a DVM copied sleeper exhaust which gave it a little pep, clutch was slipping a bit at the time.
Rider weight will have an effect on a small bike, I'm 182lbs for reference.

Pete

Elevation change is always hard to see in videos for a true comparison, but yours definitely does look to have more torque than mine under say 5500rpm. mine is pretty gutless down there and really doesnt like short shifting. Why are you riding on the wrong side of the road though?? lol

With all the said, i was aware 110psi was a little low, i just figured the top end was a little tired but boy was i in for some surprises when i pulled it apart.

Very scored/damaged cylinder wall
Broken ring fell out of the exhaust, despite it currently have 2 in tact rings
had a .50mm over wiseco Yz/IT piston with bigger ports than the correct CT piston
Piston was in pretty rough shape as well
Cant tell if it has port work or not but i have another stock cylinder on the way.

Im shocked it ran as well as it did after seeing the internals

84 Good to see that you 'know' what is going on in that little mill now - looks like a fun rebuild and then enjoy :)
