I'm not a fan of lane splitting either but it looks like dude needs to figure out just how wide those saddle bags make his bike. That was his fault!

Happens so fast...  almost looks like rider went right slightly and tagged the car on the right with his handlebars? 

Either way, rider looks to be at fault.

Maybe he forgot what bike he was on? Looking numerous times, it does look like he hit the blue car mirror with his handlebar fairing.
