I have taken the OEM headlamp with the burned out bulb and changed it. You will need to pry up the tabs on the back of the existing bulb (which is to big to remove thru the opening) so you will need to carefully break the bulb inside the sealed beam from the back with a screwdriver or just twist around on the bulb once loose and it should break. Then you need to shake the headlamp until the bulb is in small enough pieces to dump out of the hole in the back of the headlamp. Make sure you get all of the pcs. of the bulb out. Then if you take a 6 volt 30/35 or 35/35 halogen H4 bulb and trim the mounting ring small enough so you can fit it in the back. (do not touch the halogen bulb with your fingers use a tissue or white gloves, as the oil on your skin can cause premature failure of the lamp) Then bend the tabs back down carefully and it will look OEM from a distance. And it will be considerably brighter.

And make sure that there is a regulator fitted, otherwise it will blow again!
