I’m not familiar with your bike, BUT.
There should be an oil line coming from the oil tank.
There should be a line leaving the pump, going to the carb or engine. That is the where you check the volume output.
Up in the tech library perhaps, you’ll find your bike and all the info for this procedure.

It’s probably the thinner black hose just pull it off and start and idle the bike to see if it drips out?

Please get a manual to read. It will explain how to see if the pump is putting out the correct amount of oil, Either idling or running wide open. Per Yamaha’s engineers.
