I'm guessing you really want chrome? A quick google yields lost of stainless - www.amazon.co.uk/Bolt-Base-Stainless-Steel-1-75mm/dp/B00B3RI35I

The issue is with such a large pitch, not many decorated acorns/domes for it!

They exist - stop being tight!
