Anyone have a source for a wiring diagram for a '74-360 Enduro that shows the wire color?

The very last page of the Factory Service Manual for your bike in the Tech Library has a color wiring diagram.

Note that the CDI wiring part of that diagram is not correct...  I don't know that Yamaha ever issued a corrected diagram but it shouldn't be a big deal.
