Views on pros and cons for both wheel sizes please.... off road use mostly track and short twisty hill climbs ....

19" only pro I see is if you a short and want to get your feet down. Outside of that the 21" is easier to find tires for and smooths out the bumps more, makes the bike slightly slower handling and more stable. There is a reason 21" became the dirt bike standard size :)

Agree with darinm, a 21" is the best. 19" is good for street & flat tracking and maybe trail riding.
