GASKETS was created by kitkatman

Hi, Can anybody tell me if there is any difference between any of the engine gaskets between the early DT 250/RT1 360 and the later, 1974 models onwards. Also does anyone in the UK know of a good supplier of gaskets apart from YAMBITS,as they don't seem to keep many. Thanks Alan.

As a general rule, you can use CMSNL and Partzilla to see which models shared a part. Disregarding the MX models, it looks like DT1, 2 & 3 used the same gaskets. The RT1, 2 & 3 shared their gaskets as well. Double check the sites, just to satisfy yourself.

It looks like CMSNL have all of them in stock. If you aren't familiar with them, CMSNL are in Holland (hence the NL) and have a decent range of old stock. They have a minimum postage charge to the UK of 12 euros, so it's worth trying to place just the one order for everything that you need.

It's worth checking fleabay using the part number, as some stuff comes into UK hands.

Bikes from 1974 on are probably 90% different from the earlier bikes - still worth checking the online sites for shared parts though.
