Will I be ticketed for riding my 2 stroke on the road if it is liscensed and the signals and lights etc work. I live in Monmouth Oregon and would like to ride it around town.

Two strokes are not illegal... many of us ride on the street all the time. Although some areas might have "no visible smoke" laws (Nevada does) I've never known anyone that was ticketed for it on a two stroke.
