I'm going to be there, and I have a long list of parts I'm hoping to turn up for a 72 RT2. Headlight, taillight lens, all kinds of odds and ends, like front brake cam lever arm, rear motor mount bolt, etc, etc, etc,

Hey Lefty, did you find any of the parts you were looking for?

They definitely had all those parts there but....I wasnt able to get the bike running before vintage days, so I held off. I did get some carb parts, which stopped the bowl from overflowing, and I got new rings - I've only got 90psi tops on the cylinder, so I'm going to try to hone and put on the new rings.

If I can get this thing to run, then I'll proceed with the odds n ends.

I only bought a few parts at VMD. A new knobby for the rear of the MX80 ($40) and a front wheel brake shoe backing plate ($1). Nothing for the DT175. I found a front wheel for the MX80 but passed on it. The rim was dented and rusty and the ultra-rare 15" knobby front tire was dry rotted and worn. The only thing good on it was the hub. By dinner time I got to thinking maybe I could use the hub for something and decided to go back Saturday and look for it but I couldn't find it. I regret not buying it when I first saw it. A lesson I should have learned long ago.

Check with Enduronut on the small bike tires... he used to have a few for sale.
