I need to pull the flywheel off my 1978 IT400E, Anyone know which one I need? Yes I did a search but no results.

Spoilt for choice with those pullers. The most common one around.
Here's a randon sample but i put "yamah puller" "Suit DT400" on Aliexpress & page was full. Cheers.
ps, when you fit the puller "which is left hang thread 27mmx1" be sure to remove both washers for full thread in.
Also back off or remove the puller bolt so you don't get a false indication of being fully home in the thread.

Thanks for the help, was not sure of thread size. I like the quality of motiom pro tool so that is what I will order.

For some 'dyslexic' reason i read it as DT400 you wanted, but they're all the same on flywheel mags IT- DT. Can't go wrong.

I bought a kit from Amazon 3 or 4 years ago that comes with I think 8 pullers (maybe 6), it wasn't too expensive so I figured any flywheel that came up I'd have an answer for it. Just a thought
