So I’m bozoing along, messin with the 76 I got a few weeks ago and it dawned on me, I have another one that I haven’t seen, or really even thought about for at least 25 years. I went to the garage I’ve rented since 1996 (I didn’t know I had a 72 CL350 either, and a bunch of mid 90’s 900ss duck parts) and got the DT. The fork seals immediately gave up on the first click to tie it down. I’m pretty sure this one’s a 75. There’s no dents in the rusty gas tank. If I remember right I paid $100 for it. The piston was rusted to the cylinder. I also found that I’ve got another motor. I looked at the list of files to try to find the year, but either it’s vague or I just can’t figure it out. Are the weird “V” handlebars stock, and were the foot pegs different between the years.
