Steve, I think originally you would have had a 3.00 19 front and a 3.25 18 rear, but that was as a 125.
Now you are a 175 you might want to go a bit chunkier.
175a would be 3.00 19 front (good luck finding that one) and 3.50 18 rear.
I'd recommend 3.25 19 Heidenhau K67 front I don't think they make a 3.50 18 rear. Kenda K262 is similar and is available as 3.50 18.
I have both of these tyres on my bikes and they are fine.

My old "70 AT1--125 has 18 both ends original. DT1 etc had 19 front original.

I have managed to find the following.

3.25x19 Heidenhau K67
3.50x18 Heidenhau K37

these sizes are quite difficult to find in the UK.

It's tricky with the sizes you have to make a pair of the same brand with the vintage block pattern.
The 3.50x18 Heidenhau K37 rear you found is a different tread pattern.
The Kenda K262 3.50 18 looks very similar to the Heidenhau K67 but is obviously a different brand.
The K262 comes in a 2.75 19 which may be a solution, but hard to find in stock.

Well great news, I’ve managed to find the tyres that Pete recommended, both in stock from a dealer and delivered for £140.00 ($175.50)

Front: 3.25 Heidenhau K67

Rear: 3.50 x 18 Kenda K262
