Have you checked with DEET for refurbish cost or face decal cost?  He makes the best and most accurate decals and his refurbish cost is surprisingly affordable...  depending on the condition of what you have.

On the Thai gauges, check the dimensions they give carefully..  they won't be original and speedo is in km which could be great or could suck depending on where you live.
