Anyone tried 'Feked' (www.feked.com) handlebars? off-bar004? How are they? Hmmmm, might have to cut an inch or two off each end.....

I haven't, but they are the closest to standard that I have seen here in the UK.

As Feked are literally less than a five minute drive away from me, I have just emailed the business owner to see if it is possible to view them within Covid restrictions. I have a RT2 and DT360A, both with standard 'bars, so I could get a reasonable idea as to how they compare.

I'll report back as and when I get a reply.

Thanks. I've just ordered a 'off-bar004', but worried that even if I cut 1.5" off each end, the centre-section (where it fixes to the yoke) will look a bit too wide...
Maybe I'm being a bit too fussy. I'll post pictures with them against my (slightly bent) DT400B originals...

OK.

Yes, it will be interesting to see how they compare to the originals.

I purcahsed the fly  handlebars and took a pic of held up the original bars (not too different IMO)

My handlebars from Feked have arrived. They aren't as feked as the old ones!
I cut the ends off to match the originals, but if you've got monkey arms, this could be an opportunity to get slightly wider bars.....
The new bars are totally smooth, so no knurling along the bottom bar.
The brace bar is identical length to the original.
The bottom bar is wider on the new bars.
The distance between the centre of the lower bar and the centre of the brace bar is smaller on the new bars, by about 1/2" (12mm).
The angles of the bars looking from the front (the 45 degree part), is steeper on the new bars.
The angles of the bars looking from above are very similar.
Probably the pictures will explain better. Note that my old bars are slightly bent (hence the new ones).
Overall very pleased. £60 including vat and delivery.

Thanks for posting.

Yes, the two company names are a play on words (juvenile, but still funny!) - Bugad and Feked.

If you are a regular customer there, you are known as a "Frequent Feker"!

I actually went past the premises today, on my way to and from picking up my RD400C tank from the Poole Parcelforce office (see my "I do worry sometimes..." thread).

Those look to be a pretty decent match! Is the chrome as good as it looks?

I purchased a set of NOS DT1 /  RT1 perfect matching handlebars for a high end restoration - $250 + shipping is what they cost. Never again will I find them exact..
