Steering Damper was created by Mi73rt360

OK so I am trying to refurbish the steering damper on my 73 rt3. Blasting the housing and replacing the o-rings. So I read where you use 30 wt. oil but I can not find as how to fill or how much to use. Do I fill one chamber or do I fill both chambers so if someone could fill me in on as what to do I would greatly appreciate it.

I immerse them in a tub of oil with the two bleed screws removed.
Then I turn the wiper back and forth to remove the air.
Put the screws back in.
Remove from the oil bath and clean.
