How is the bulb held in?   Are additional clips needed to hold it into the yamaha bucket?

A new glass housing with an open hole for bulb replacements.

You can use "W" clips from a later Yamaha or MikesXS and other aftermarket suppliers sell them.

I fashioned my own W clips from landscaping fabric stakes. It's not ideal but they hold really well.
