Are the other brackets for the hinge pins on the new seat pan in the same place/orientation as the old pan?
Also the rubber pad locations?

On the last picture, you’re going to have to elongate the left bolt hole on the latch side because it’s on there crooked. You have to make sure that you also have the hinges loose when you line everything up. You have to elongate one of the holes on the latch.
If you look at the picture, there’s more meat
on the left side underneath the bolt - than there is on the right side.

I have some latches off both CT and DT bikes. I believe the CT ones are not as tall. Can send you a pic if you want me to.

Many seat restorations the rubber bumpers are not contacting the frame rails until a riders weigh is on the seat.
