I thought I had lost the spacer flange. Turns out it was just riding on the spacer.

AM I DOING THIS RIGHT? 
73 DT3
went right off parts diagram.
from left
43mm long spacer
dust seal
13 mm spacer 
big oil seal 
bearing
Flame spacer with flat side on right
51 mm spacer with hole closer to right side
then other bearing which is already in wheel
of course not pictured other oil seal 
then hub with brakes 
then washer
then castle nut
