I did a search and haven't had any luck finding a source for these. Also
looked at McMaster Carr to find a generic grommet and didn't have any
luck finding a correct size. Several post about these, did anyone have any
luck finding a replacement? Thanks, D

I had a set of fronts rechromed for my DT3. The grommets were toast so I used neutral wire isolators from HVC Cycle. (#HVC200116) If I recall I had to drill the hole slightly larger, 6mm I think. They don't have the little stem on them but worked like a charm.

Bought this at harbor freight and worked on my Ct1c front blinkers

If there was enough demand, then I expect that Sumo Rubber (in the UK) might look into having them made.

Grommets are available without the sleeve, I've used them on several of my bikes without the need to modify the indicator.
I'm away at the moment, will have a look when I get back at the weekend.
