Found an RT2 For Sale was created by Brzn

This '72 RT2 had been hanging from the rafters at B & B Sales and Service located in Lancaster, PA.

I stopped by earlier today to grab a couple quarts of Yamalube S2 and saw it's now sitting on the floor with a for sale sign on it.

It's obviously had a restoration, and it's not all correct, but still, it's a nice looking bike.

That is a very nice bike! When are gonna load it up and take it home? (: … The seat doesn’t look correct…. And then the decomp lever…. Bottom…. I just pushed mine to the top!
And I believe I see the same oil drip under the engine as I have…

Seat might just be the cover.

From my research, RT2 had the lever underneath, RT3 on top - Yamaha supplied parts for both fitments.

Yea, the seat cover's incorrect, the chain guard is painted black, I believe it should have been silver. Both fenders appear to be painted the same color as the gas tank, oil tank and headlight; they have the same gloss to them too. The throttle cable coming out of the grip is underneath the bar, should be above as others had told me.
I don't believe I'd want one this complete. I have too much fun rebuilding.

I’ve been wanting to hang my HT-1B up like that. How is the handle bar cross bar not getting bent hanging like that?
Any forum members hang a bike? Photos?

Price sticker on the headlight is $5,999. Looks like much of the expensive, difficult work has been done. If I didn't have 6 360s I'd drive up there and look at it.

Hanging by the crossbar looks sketchy.

I had one of my Enduros on display at a local dealer. They hung it from the rafters. Straps were attached to the rear frame and the handlebars near the triple clamp.
The hours spent riding my Enduros is not deducted from my life span.
