Its a cable out of something related to a DT360A "74 on where its operated by the kickstart & internal bits n pieces.

Thanks for that info RT.. 

i would enjoy someone posting the setup as i couldn’t make heads or tails on how this hooked up.. and to what… and the possibility of me using it ( cable )  one of my RT1 restorations that will get a cylinder with the forward port.
