DT2MX carb on DT1B

DT2MX carb on DT1B was created by thumperstew

I swapped the RT3 carb onto my 69 DT1B, really like it. Picked up a 72 DT2MX bottom end with cylinder head.  Swapping the head onto my DT1B.
Any concerns, experiences thoughts?  DT2MX has larger fin area, not sure about combustion chamber size.  is .25mm OS and stock DT1 pipe. Thanks

Compression will likely be much too high,  Combustion chamber on MX head is definitely smaller to compensate for the higher MX exhaust port.

Probably a difference something like 37cc head volume on the Enduro and only 27cc on the MX.

Thanks for the info. Wow, that's a huge difference. I'll keep the stock head, reliability is top priority.
