1969 Yamaha AT1 125cc Enduro – Tidied, Powder Coated Frame, Engine Overhauled was created by Ajbyrne91
For sale is my 1969 Yamaha AT1 125cc Enduro, a rare and very cool early Yamaha two-stroke trail , so I want to be clear and honest about what it is. It presents very well, but it has not been built as a perfect show bike. It is a usable, attractive classic Yamaha with a lot of work already completed.
The frame has been powder coated, and the painted parts have been re-sprayed. The fuel tank has been cleaned and lined, and the bike is fitted with brand-new , with bearings, seals and associated parts replaced. It is also fitted with a brand-new clutch and a new cable set. Plus much more as photos will show One important point to note: the bottom end currently fitted is from a Yamaha CT model, but I do still have the original AT1 bottom end, which will be included with the sale. This gives the new owner the option to keep the bike as it is or rebuild/refit the original bottom end if , as are the tank badges, which is nice to see on a bike of this , this is a rare and characterful 1969 Yamaha AT1 that has had plenty of money and time spent on it. It would make a great addition to a classic bike collection, a vintage two-stroke enthusiast’s garage, or someone looking for a usable lightweight classic :
Price: £3,495 ONOSensible offers are welcome. I have priced the bike to reflect the work carried out, including the powder-coated frame, resprayed parts, lined tank, new tyres, engine overhaul, new clutch and cable set, while also being clear that the currently fitted bottom end is from a Yamaha CT model. The original AT1 bottom end is included with the sale. I have Photos and videos of it running but have been unable to upload them on this occasion. If anyone would like to see them, I would be happy to email them over or send them via WhatsApp.
