Those rubber boots for the clocks's lights was created by astro
Is there anywhere that sells those rubber boots that go around the lights in the speedo and tacho to hold the bulb holder into the speedo/tacho?
I have torn most of mine and would like to replace them.
I plan on using a soldering iron to take the bulb holder off then feed the wires threw and re-solder.

I can't remember ever seeing the bulb mounts as replacement parts. Years ago there was a company in the UK that sold a lot of Yamaha parts including new "generic" gauge lighting harnesses with the bulb holders.
When the company shut down, they sold off their stock very cheap and I think I bought a couple of the bulb harnesses "just in case"... let me know if you want me to look for them as I doubt I'll ever need them.
DEET might have something too.

I dont think the rubber boot itself is available at least not to my knowledge. You cant get the rubber off without cutting a wire. Yambits does have the whole assembly though if you navigate to the electrics and switches page. Their not all that expensive.

I looked earlier on Yambits and couldn't find them... finally did. Their searches kind of suck. LOL
I also found they cut keys by lock number which is nice!

Hi Enduro Nut
I looked on Yambits, but couldn't find the harnesses, their search is not great. What did you search for or do you have a link please.

Here we go.
I've not been impressed with the quality of their rubber parts, mind.

Yeah their search does kind of suck. You have to just go through the pages. Looks like AL beat me to it and i do agree that im not the most impressed by their rubber. Im currently using a few of these on my bike with no issues but the rubber is kind of stiff.
