Does anyone know how to take out the pins????!!? I cannot get them out for the life of me and I've tried everything

The pin should be threaded, screw in the proper size bolt and pull them out, a slide hammer may be required to pop them out , make sure there is not something holding it in, many use the head bolt to keep them in, some have a keeper

#19 looks like they're available if you damage them getting them out "if i'm reading it right".
