Zinc platers was created by nhsteve
I know that there are guys on the forum here who have zinc plated their own hardware using the Caswell kit, or procuring their own chemicals, etc., and doing each piece. Admirable.
I really don't want to do that. Takes up way more space and time for my taste.

I want to send all the hardware and corroded bits off to an outfit that will take everything, re-zinc the parts, and send them back. I am willing to pay.
For the DT1 project I found a plating outfit in Buffalo NY that treated me well, but I spied these guys on eBay and am very curious. Mostly because their price is quite attractive compared to the Buffalo outfit.
This is the link to the ad on eBay. They are in Corona Cal, and I know there are lots of California guys on site, so I'm asking:
Has anyone else used their service, and were you happy?
Would appreciate any feedback, positive or negative.
Thanks guys!

Recently I have been blueing a few of my old bolts, especially the small ones, just to keep the rust at bay and the classic black fits in, not sure how long it will last though.

I have Dustin Gerlach out in Washington state do my plating. Affordable and does a great job. He does polishing, welding, machine work, just about everything. Great guy to deal with. I can PM you his contact info if your interested?
