Welcome from NZ. I have an LS3 100 single which is similar but about 6 years earlier. If you want to load pics at any time [& we love pics] they must come via an external provider like Imgur & others. Look forward to photos sometime. I see your other wiring post & probably not relevant to my bike which has been repaired & all good, but if things stop working & nothing to do with voltage spikes but just simply items not working a good place to look is where they flex at the steering head. They break within the casing. By "78 they probably sorted how the loom runs with no sharp flexing.
