My first real bike was a Honda street 90 at 15 yrs old, which was underwhelming to say the least. I then moved on to a Hodaka Super Rat which was a welcome upgrade. I fell off the wagon for awhile and got into cars. In my mid 20's I ran across a 1975 Yamaha MX400, what a hoot  Crazy fast and loads of fun  That lasted a number or years and then off the wagon again and back into cars.  1999 came along and the paper mill I worked at shut down. Severance pay came along which meant a new bike, a Gas Gas Pampera, still have but it's in need of some refurbishing. Picked up a Triumph Speed 400 this past spring and its great fun but I miss the dirt. Recently found another 75 Yamaha MX400, I don't think I can pass it up. At 67 it may seem a bit much, but I learned how to not unalive myself when I was a kid so I I figure why not. It was the most fun bike I ever owned. Plus my older brother had to let me know he got a new Beta 360RR-S, can't let that slide. Gotta get me a vintage 2 smoke to set things right.
