Hello to all you off-road people
I am very happy to find this forum with all the interest in these older Yamaha trail blazing machines.
I'm not so sure what you are looking for in the way of introductions, but I can say that I have small hands and a little bit of hair on my shoulders, I found my way here whilst being at the TW200 forum as I was looking at the TW's but am currently negociating the acquistion of a '78 ish ? DT125, which if it works out, I would like to get back up to the top of some of the many mountains that surround me. Perhaps we could even post about our adventure taking the non running bike with seized crank back to something that is rideable - looking forward to meeting many of you out here on the forum trails
Here's a picture of the two Joes that help me out in my endeavours: (sorry wasn't capable enough to post a pic)

Hi Richard, welcome from NZ.
Look forward to pics sometime & updates of what you are up to.
Pics are a bit of a problem on here but link them or post them up via something like "imgur" or some other hosting site.
I'm not very good at that & only seem to post a link but not a live photo but it works better than nothing.
I use "google photos" just because that's where i started so haven't tried any other better ones.
I'm a slow learner haha. Cheers.

RT thanks for the warm welcome, love your avatar - looks like you are jumping over the Team caravan! Thanks for the photo upload tip, been a long time since I used a hosting site. And I am more than happy to share pics when I can get hold of something to actually photograph!

Haha, forgot about my avatar.
That goes back to 1981 on a 1980 YZ465G.
Can remember the day--just can't remember yesterday lol.
