I know this has been discussed I know it's a Japan market bike .I know the motor vin is stamped at1 only .my question is mine is stamped on sideways and vin area has lines in it is this correct 

What I "know" is that there are far more "unknowns" than "knowns" when it comes to bikes with VIN's that fall outside the USA VIN tables.  Not that many years ago the "expert consensus" on the forums here in the US was that every bike that had a different VIN had to be either stolen or someone altered the VIN.  This forum, open to people in much of the world, has had enough examples of "non-conforming" VIN's to pretty much prove that different VINs are out there and were original

I think it might be essential for you to use a photo hosting service like Imgur to post some photos of your VIN and bike.  It's possible that what you have is a later model based on what I've seen with VIN's.  And/or the engine could have been swapped as the "vertical lines" feature on the engine cases didn't appear until around 1976?

What is the ballpark value of a running 70 at1 mx motor in frame rebuilt and runs good - seat and tank.trying to figure if I want to keep it and make it race condition not restore

Condition and location are important.  Title paperwork is important in some areas. 

You've posted a VIN and info that is almost certainly not a 70 AT1MX, so identifying what you have really makes a difference in what it might be worth.  Again, pictures would help.
